Designed to help you improve the production capacity of your vibratory separators, the Sivtek Maximizer Deck is an incredible add-on enhancer that can substantially increase your throughput without making you alter your equipment.
The machine is designed on the ‘Cascade System’ which was designed to provide a larger screen area to already existing screening machines so that they can sieve a higher amount of material accurately and precisely. And what makes this additive machine so incredible is that it can be easily mounted onto your existing grading machine, just like a standard sieve deck. It can be fitted to round shaped separators, ranging from 48” to 60” diameters.
Maximizer Decks are most effective when it comes to screening powdered materials whose particle size is too close to the aperture size of the mesh. As such materials are often hard to screen and take up a lot of time to pass through the mesh, having an extra screen area can drastically increase your throughput and saves a lot of time.
Maximizer Deck basically mounts another screen above the per-existing screen of your vibratory separator. So, this allows you to screen your material on two screens, mounted one above the other.
As the Maximizer Deck is mounted above your existing vibro separator, it practically acts as an additional screening deck, which allows you to have twice the screening area.
It can be easily mounted onto your existing grading machine, just like a standard sieve deck. It can be fitted to round shaped separators, ranging from 48” to 60” diameters.
With twice the screening area, you can screen more material in a short time. Our Maximizer Decks can increase your capacity to up to 70%.
As the workload of the screening mesh gets divided, you can preserve it for a longer time and increase the mesh life.
