Step 1: Manual Feeding and Screening

The process starts with a manual feed of flour through the high-performance vibro sieve which is Inline Sivtek Dual Motor. This machine will check screen the flour to remove impurities, oversize, and contaminants present in the flour. The final product is collected at a hopper to confirm it’s clean and thus ready for the next step.

Step 2: Dual Transfer with Powder Transfer Systems (PTS)

Double Transfer with Powder Transfer Systems (PTS) from the hopper, flour is simultaneously transferred to two separate mixers by dual Powder Transfer Systems. This design ensures efficient and contamination-free transfer, even when there are multiple production lines.

How It Works

• Just one pump produces the vacuum required for the operation of PTS units.
• The vacuum works and suction the flour and shares the splitting transfer to supply Mixer 1 and Mixer 2.
