Rice flour manufacturers are using whole or broken kernels of rice to produce the flour. There are two types of kernels used for flour which is brown and white. Everything is depending on requirements; manufacturers are using the waxy and non-waxy type of rice for milling. For milling the rice flour most probably manufacturer mainly using dry – milled or wet – milled.
In Dry milling, we straight using rice kernels and milled to make a dry flour. In that flour, there is around 10% of moisture, while in wet milling rice is first soaked into the water for some certain amount of time, by using this method we make its internal structure better for milling. Wet milled rice flour is better than dry milled because in this process we less damaged the starch.
After the milling process now, you need the vibro sifter for sieving the rice flour, to maintain the quality of the food you need to maintain the quality of the flour.
