As part of Galaxy Sivtek’s tradition, we celebrate all the major festivals, including Uttarayan, Holi and Christmas etc., with various rituals performed together, and souvenirs distributed to everyone. All employees benefit from these celebrations, which improve teamwork and bring them closer together.
In October, we all celebrate Galaxy Sivtek’s annual event, an event that involves different team-building activities, a variety of games, competitions, various recognition awards are also distributed to staff members.
Everyone from various departments and regions come together and have a great time as this is a big ice-breaker event.
The Galaxy Sivtek also features a knowledge-sharing library where different genres of books like self-motivation, time management, departmental etc. and materials are kept for reference to improve knowledge which is accessible to everyone at any time.
