Sivtek Tumbler Screen® has been designed & developed for efficiently screening material with low bulk density & material having extremely fine particles to be separated. The Sivtek Tumbler Screen generates a three-dimensional tumbling motion (elliptical movement) that enables the screening of fine & ultra-fine particles with ease.
It would also be useful for applications where accurate grading & sorting is demanded. It can be supplied with 5 decks that can help to sort any material up to 6 different grades.
The robust screening machine would be useful to food, beverage, minerals, metal, plastic, pharmaceutical, & other major industries for screening or grading their raw materials or products having low bulk density or fine particles.
To meet the requirements of highly sensitive industries such as food, pharmaceuticals & chemical we offer machines with the highest standards. The tumbler screener will be manufactured as per GMP & FDA guidelines with extremely smooth surface & crevice-free joints. On-demand, the whole tumbler machine could be exclusively manufactured with 304, 316, or 316L grade of stainless steel.
For now, we are introducing the Sivtek Tumbler Screen® in two different sizes – 1200 & 2000.
