To perform the in-line pneumatic scalping and dedusting of free-flowing materials, the Vacuum Sivtek employs a pneumatic sifter vibratory separator which has dilute-phase pneumatic conveying systems. The central bypass chute connects the top and bottom screens, which allows the on-size materials to enter the central chamber via two pathways: upward through the top screen then downward through the chute, or down through the button screen. The spout at the lower screen’s periphery ejects any oversize materials that are present.
The machine is tightly enclosed, which prohibits the screening material from overflowing or any other particles from entering the machine. It is 100% contamination-free.
The Vacuum Sivtek is made with premium quality stainless steel and precise finishing to administer the highest level of hygiene and safety of the screening material.
To peek into the enclosed machine, we have installed inspection windows at convenient spots.
Vacuum Sivtek allows you to customize your pneumatic screening process in a wide range of sizes and diameters, ranging from 24” up to 48” inches.
The in-line pneumatic scalping and dedusting reduces the time consumption in processing heavy materials and makes the process quicker. This allows you to process more raw material in a fixed time.
As the machine is tightly sealed from all directions, the dust particles from the raw materials cannot contaminate the machine. Hence, you don’t need to waste time repetitively cleaning the screens.
The Vacuum Sivtek has a compact design that requires low headroom and can be easily incorporated into the processing line.
