For this week’s on-site video, we bring you the Sivtek Vibro separator® being used for sorting semolina powder commonly known as Rava or Sooji, at India’s most renowned food and manufacturing company.
The Galaxy Sivtek vibro sifter provides an accurate gradation of the material and removes all the oversize impurities, the machine has been customized with a special deblinding arrangement, which uses a tray and ball arrangement to de-lump and de-blind the mesh screen, these balls are made of silicon, tapping the screen continuously and evenly.
